All resin including Hygroscopic materials are handled using two (2) state-of-the-art Motan desiccant dehumidifying drying and material feeding systems.

Simplicity, safety, energy efficiency and machine up time are the central concepts behind the purchase of the Motan System at Watertown Plastics Inc. Because of this approach it has allowed us to reduce setup time thus reducing lead times in our molding operation. Better people utilization has eliminated the cumbersome job of hand filling machine hoppers and subsequently eliminating down time due to raw material run outs at the side of the machine.

Our closed loop conveying systems with automatic line purging aids in elimination of material contamination and it's quick material change manifolds and central drying system ensure that material is available at machines reducing machine downtime during raw material changes.

Our central feeding system does not free up space used by gaylords on the manufacturing floor and at press side, it eliminates the replenishing and removing  of raw materials manually.

Our dying and feeding systems allow us to feed the same material to any of four (4) molding machines at one time thus increasing our flexibility in the molding department.
