place three (3) automated boxing systems that allow us to remove non value added
operations and focus on increasing quality inspection intervals as well as reducing labor
cost by minimizing the amount of time and number of people required to handle bulk packed
molded product.
Because of the over / under
horizontal MAC stack box fill system of the automated boxing system, this space saving
system allows positioning and filling a maximum number of container in a minimum amount of
floor space.
Along with the "Weigh
Scale" system, the most precise method of handling bulked packed products, this
boxing system allows us to minimize customer cost and maximize machine and people
efficiencies.
